The design of the Bodypack was dictated by technologys' shrinking size and our increasingly contactless daily transactions. Basically, we all carry less on a day-to-day basis.

Design notes:

This bag is inspired by officers ceremonial cartridge pouch which is seen worn high in the back and with intent when they're in full ceremonial dress. It's a relic of the napoleonic wars. 

Bridle leather gives this bag it its sculpted form. A simple envelope half moon design the darts increase the internal space and the strap is positioned so it sits snugly against you.

We aim to ship all orders within 2 days. Please tell us if you need your order delivered by the next day.  Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail on a "Signed For" service.  We will email shipping confirmation and an estimated delivery day when your order has been shipped. Delivery is between 8.30am and 5pm, delivered at the time you usually receive your post. 

Please let us know if you require a delivery service with tracking. Trackable delivery is charged for and will be quoted in advance. 

Estimated delivery times are:

UK 1-2 days

Europe 3-5 days

Japan and rest of world 3-5 days

All orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will be shipped and posted the following Monday. We can arrange a timed delivery also Saturday delivery an extra charge. Please contact us for information. 

Any customs import, export, brokerage fees or local taxes that are obtained by an International shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and they vary from country to country.

RETURNS

 

If an item is unsuitable or faulty please send an email to info@pokit.co.uk before making a return.

Please send the items in their original condition and to us within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. 

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with original tags still attached.

If you require a refund when your item has been returned in the required condition to the shop we will process your refund via the method you paid. e.g by PayPal or via Credit Card/Debit Card (this does not include original delivery costs).

You are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. We advise that you send the parcel fully insured to the full value of the goods and ensure the items are strongly packaged. Pokit Limited is not responsible for returned orders which are either lost or damaged, this is the sole responsibility of the sender.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

 

Important information for International customers. 
Please mark returned packages "Returned Items". Pokit Limited will incur import charges and taxes if this is not written on the package and customs form. Your Return will also take longer to process.  

 

EXCHANGES

 

Returned goods can be exchanged or refunded.  All exchanges are based on stock availability.
